Antofagasta Minerals

Antofagasta Minerals (AMSA) es el principal grupo minero privado de Chile y uno de los diez mayores del mundo.
Produce anualmente 721.500 toneladas de cobre fino, 10.500 toneladas de molibdeno y 252.200 onzas de oro.

The SG3 Model encompasses all the processes necessary to optimize the management of third-party services within a corporation. Since 2013, and continuously to this day, we have supported AMSA in implementing this model across all its operations, focusing on optimizing contract management and training contract administrators. Tripontis' SG3 Third-Party Management Platform is used to manage more than 270 high- and medium-criticality contracts.

Las Bambas Mining Company

Las Bambas mine is one of the largest mining operations in Peru. It is located in the Apurímac Region, 75 km southwest of Cusco.
Its concentrator plant allows it to process 145,000 tons of ore per day, and produce approximately 400,000 tons of copper per year contained in concentrate.
In 2021, Las Bambas generated 8,623 direct and indirect jobs, of which 28% were filled by residents of the Apurímac Region.

Tripontis is the provider of the SG3 Contract Management Platform, used by Las Bambas to report the results of its critical contracts and contractor performance. Each contract has a management dashboard that allows users to view Safety, Operations, and Cost indicators. The system also generates a monthly Contract Management report.

SG3 contributes to Management Control at Minera Las Bambas, making contract information available to users on a cross-functional, easily accessible platform.

Arauco Cellulose

Arauco is a global company with a presence on five continents, in the forestry, pulp, wood, panels and renewable energy sectors.
It has 64 industrial facilities in 11 countries, more than 18,000 employees and 779 contracting companies that provide services to it.
Their products are present in the paper, clothing, construction, packaging, furniture and energy industries.

In 2016, Arauco selected Tripontis' SG3 Model as the foundation for its Contract Management Model, aiming for flawless execution with quality, efficiency, and sustainability. A successful implementation and support service focused on customer priorities have enabled SG3 to be used today to manage 116 industrial service contracts across 17 wood and pulp mills, resulting in high user satisfaction.

Exar Mining

Minera Exar SA is an Argentine company comprised of Lithium Americas Corp., Ganfeng Lithium and Jujuy Energia y Minería Sociedad del Estado (JEMSE).
It develops the Cauchari-Olaroz project, located in the Cauchari and Olaroz Salt Flat, in the province of Jujuy, Argentina.
The project involves an investment of USD 641 million.
Its estimated production capacity is 40,000 tons per year of battery-grade lithium carbonate.

Tripontis, in its capacity as an SAP Partner, implemented on the SAP Fieldglass platform the operational control and management control of the Salt Harvesting Contract, the main one of Minera Exar and which represents 14% of all its spending.

The benefit for the Company is to keep under control each of the activities carried out by the contracting company, shift by shift, verifying compliance with the Harvest Program from the perspectives of quality, efficiency and sustainability, ensuring productivity and cost control.

Minera Las Bambas es una de las mayores operaciones mineras del Perú. Se ubica en la Región Apurímac, a 75 Km al suroeste de Cusco.

Su planta concentradora le permite procesar 145.000 toneladas por día de mineral, y producir cerca de 400.000 toneladas anuales de cobre contenido en concentrado.
